SCHOOL PERKS $10,000 MEMBER GIVEAWAY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I. PROMOTER

1.1 The promoter of this giveaway is School Perks Pty Ltd ABN 35 674 849 042 of Suite 9, 214 Bay Street, Brighton VIC 3186 (“School Perks”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

II. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 To be eligible to receive an automatic entry under Clause 4.1–4.2, a person must hold an active School Perks membership that has been paid and current for a minimum of two (2) consecutive months prior to the closing date of the promotion.

2.1.1 The membership requirement in Clause 2.1 does not apply to persons entering via the free entry pathway under Clause 4.3. Free entrants are subject to all other eligibility conditions in this Section II (including Clauses 2.2, 2.3, and 2.5) but are not required to hold a School Perks membership.

2.1.2 For the avoidance of doubt, there are two (2) categories of eligible entrant under these terms:

(a) Member Entrants — persons who satisfy Clause 2.1 and receive automatic entries under Clauses 4.1–4.2; and

(b) Free Entrants — persons who do not hold a School Perks membership and who submit one (1) free entry under Clause 4.3.

2.2 The following persons are not eligible to enter:

Employees, directors, and officers of School Perks Pty Ltd and their immediate families

Contractors and consultants directly involved in administering this promotion

Any person who is not a paid member of School Perks

2.3 Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

2.4 This promotion is open to residents of Victoria, New South Whales, Queensland and Western Australia only. For the purposes of this clause, a resident of Victoria, New South Whales, Queensland and Western Australia is a person whose principal place of residence is located in Victoria, New South Whales, Queensland and Western Australia at the time of entry.

III. PROMOTION PERIOD

3.1 The promotion commences on February 14th 2026 and entries will close when School Perks achieves 7,000 eligible members (“Promotion Period”).

3.2 School Perks will announce when the 7,000 eligible member milestone has been reached via:

(a) The School Perks website;
(b) School Perks social media channels;
(c) Email notification to all Eligible Members.

3.3 All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be valid.

IV. HOW TO ENTER

4.1 School Perks membership provides a range of benefits to members, including cashback on everyday purchases, school community funding, and access to the School Perks platform. As one of the benefits of their School Perks membership, Eligible Members automatically receives complimentary entries into the draw. Entry is provided free of charge as part of the membership benefits package. No additional payment is required to receive an entry.

4.2 No additional action is required by Eligible Members to receive their entry. Entry is automatic upon satisfying the eligibility criteria in Clause 2.

4.3 Alternatively, any resident of Victoria, New South Whales, Queensland and Western Australia aged 18 or over may enter without a School Perks membership by submitting a free entry during the Promotion Period. To enter for free, send your full name, email address, and state or territory of residence to [email protected] with the subject line “10,000 Giveaway Free Entry”. Free entrants will receive one (1) entry into the draw. Free entry is subject to all eligibility conditions in Clause 2 except Clause 2.1 (membership requirement).

4.4 Each free entrant will receive one (1) entry into the draw. Multiple entries are not permitted.

4.5 For Eligible Members, membership must be active and in good standing (i.e., all membership fees paid and up to date) at both:

(a) the time entries close (when 7,000 eligible members is achieved or the fixed closing date, whichever is earlier); and

(b) the time of the draw.

4.6 If a member’s subscription lapses, is cancelled, or payment fails before the draw takes place, that member’s entry will be void. This clause does not affect the validity of any free entry submitted under Clause 4.3.

V. THE PRIZE

5.1 There is one (1) prize available: $10,000 AUD cash (“Prize”).

5.2 The Prize will be paid by electronic funds transfer to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account within 30 business days of winner verification.

5.3 The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash (as it is already cash) or other goods or services.

5.4 If for any reason the Prize is not claimed or the winner cannot be contacted, School Perks reserves the right to conduct a redraw in accordance with Clause VII.

VI. DRAW DETAILS

6.1 The draw will take place Live on Facebook within 14 days of achieving 7,000 eligible members at 1pm AEST. Facebook is not a sponsor, administrator, or associated with the promotion.

6.2 The draw will be conducted by random electronic selection from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

6.3 The first valid entry drawn will be the winner. Two (2) reserve entries may also be drawn in case the winner cannot be verified or does not claim the Prize.

6.4 The winner will be notified by:

(a) Email;
(b) Phone call;
(c) Announcement on the School Perks website and social media channels.

6.5 The winner’s name and state/territory of residence will be published within 10 days of the draw.

VII. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

7.1 The winner must respond within twenty-eight (28) days of the draw date.

7.2 The winner must provide:

(a) Proof of identity;
(b) Proof of membership;
(c) Australian bank account details;
(d) Signed winner declaration and release form;
(e) Any other reasonably requested information.

7.3 Failure to comply will result in forfeiture and a redraw.

7.4 Any redraw will take place 14 days after the original draw at 1pm AEST.

VIII. GENERAL CONDITIONS

8.1 By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

8.2 Disqualification and Verification

School Perks reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who:

(a) Tampers with the entry process;
(b) Submits a non-compliant entry;
(c) Engages in fraudulent or misleading conduct;
(d) Provides false information;
(e) Fails verification requirements.

Winner Verification and Warranties

By accepting a Prize, each winner warrants that:

(a) They meet eligibility criteria;
(b) Information provided is accurate;
(c) They complied with these Terms;
(d) They consent to verification checks.

Forfeiture and Redraw

If a winner:

(a) Provides false information;
(b) Fails verification;
(c) Does not meet eligibility;
(d) Breaches these Terms;

the Prize will be forfeited and a redraw conducted.

8.3 School Perks may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion if required.

8.4 School Perks may update these Terms by publishing revised terms on its website.

8.5 Entrants consent to promotional use of their name and state/territory.

8.6 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy at https://schoolperks.com.au/privacy-policy/.

IX. LIABILITY

9.1 Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, School Perks excludes liability for any loss or damage.

9.2 School Perks is not responsible for:

(a) Late or lost entries;
(b) Technical malfunctions;
(c) Tax implications.

9.3 School Perks may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.

X. PERMITS AND COMPLIANCE

10.1 The promotion will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

10.2 Necessary permits will be obtained where required.

10.3 The promotion is currently not open to residents of ACT, SA or NT.

10.4 School Perks may:

(a) Exclude certain residents if required;
(b) Modify terms for compliance;
(c) Publish supplementary terms.

10.5 Legal advice has been or will be obtained.

XI. PRIVACY

11.1 Personal information is collected to administer the promotion.

11.2 Information is handled per the Privacy Policy.

11.3 Entrants consent to marketing communications unless they opt out.

XII. DISPUTES

12.1 The promoter’s decision is final.

12.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
